What is Spiritual Direction?
A practice of listening — through prayer, presence, and quiet conversation.
Spiritual direction combines being with God and the prayerful presence of a companion. Together we notice where the Spirit is already at work in the ordinary landscape of your life.
A place to be heard
Offer your questions and responses while sitting with a trained listener. I gently wait with you as we discern the present landscapes of your life.
Noticing the invitation
We pause and notice where God is inviting deeper connection in your life. Love and awareness surface in these unhurried moments.
Room for contemplation
Each session welcomes silence and space — time for discerning what the Spirit might be showing you, giving images and words to ponder as we listen.
