What is Spiritual Direction?
Safe Space
A safe space is where you can offer questions and responses while sitting with a trained listener. As a companion, I will gently listen and wait with you in discerning where God is in your life.
Reflection
In our time together, we pause and notice where God is inviting deepening connections in your life. Love and awareness surface during these moments.
Silence
Each session welcomes silence and space for contemplation. This gives time for discerning what the Spirit of God might be showing you while noticing, and listening together.
